We were notified on a Monday that our block had asbestos requiring our build to stop. Peter was on site the next day fencing everything off and beginning the removal process with all the necessary clearance paperwork required for us to recommence our build.

Arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was courteous and finished promptly. Results took a little longer to get back from the lab.

The paperwork was complete with everything that I wanted. It had the reasons why the testing was done, the date, the areas that were sampled, and the signatures that took the responsibility off of me.

Everyone I’ve dealt with… Gwen in the office, the estimator, and the 2-man crew were friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. Gwen explained the process to me, Pete the estimator walked me through the entire job and explained in detail what would be involved and promised me a written estimate the next day.

The price was a little more than I had hoped it would be, but once the job was completed, I felt it was worth every penny.

The tile turned out to not be asbestos, but they did a great job anyway and left my basement floor absolutely spotless! I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work, and the professionalism of the staff and crew. I would highly recommend them.

We had some areas in our laundry room that we were thinking had asbestos. We had Peter come out and take a look at our pipes in the ceilings and at our furnace.

He was very informative and professional and taught us quite a bit about asbestos. We did not have any asbestos in our basement that he could see.

He did inform us though that if we were to do a knock down of walls or any kind of demo the materials should be analyzed and sent to a lab. So if we do need to use him in the future we definitely would give him a call.
